Agreement
By using DivorceNavigator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
What DivorceNavigator provides
DivorceNavigator provides informational tools, document generation, and educational resources. The content and tools are designed to help you navigate complex processes more effectively.
DivorceNavigator is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Not a substitute for legal counsel.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password or let others access your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Submit false or misleading information
- Resell or redistribute generated documents commercially without authorization
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@divorceclear.com within 30 days and we will review your case.
Intellectual property
DivorceNavigator, including its design, content, and tools, is owned by DivorceNavigator. Documents you generate using our tools are yours to use. The underlying templates, algorithms, and platform remain our property.
Limitation of liability
DivorceNavigator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our tools or following our guidance. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
